Instructions

Step 1:  Prepare and mix all the ingredients except the gelatin powder and ube halaya, which are to be prepared separately.

Step 2: Use water to prepare your gelatin powder and ube halaya for garnishing on top of the dessert dish. 

Step 3:  Bake at 350 degrees in a nonstick baking pan until all fluffy. It will be ready to eat in around 10 – 15 minutes.

Step-4: Top with ube halaya and serve.
