Adobo Corn Blend Panera Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of fresh corn kernels (3 cups)
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce can substitute with tamari if you don’t like soy.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate for a few hours in the fridge.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated mixture to the skillet and stir every few minutes until browned on one side, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
