After Boil Soup Recipe Cajun Ninja
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs crawfish tail meat, boiled and cleaned
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions and parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the Cajun seasoning and stir to coat the vegetables.
- Pour in the chicken stock and diced tomatoes and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Add the crawfish tail meat and heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the soup simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
