  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp.Chopped onion ( optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper ( optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step By Step Instructions

Step-1: Boil potatoes and carrots for about 20-25 minutes or until you can easily pierce the potatoes with a fork. Drain and let cool for about 5 minutes.

Step-2: In a wide bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and carrots until no lumps remain. Add chopped celery, onion, pepper (if using), and hard-boiled eggs to the mashed mixture. Combine well.

Step-3: Mix together salad dressing, milk, mustard, vegetable, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create your own homemade dressing. Add this dressing to the mashed vegetable mixture and combine well.

Tip: You can marinate your vegetables in the dressing for a few hours before serving.

Step-4: Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve or let cool completely and then transfer to a serving plate.
