Beltane Honey Cake Recipe

- 1 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Instructions:

- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and letting it cool completely on a wire rack.
