- Rice: 1/4 cup Basmati Rice
- Meat: 2 pieces Chops of any meat (beef, lamb, chicken, or combination)

Method:
- Heat oil at medium-high heat in a pan. Add cloves, cumin seeds, and cardamom powder and let it sizzle for 30 seconds.
- Then add ginger paste, chili, red chili powder, and saffron strands and saute for 20 seconds. Then add onions and curry leaves for another 2 to 3 minutes until the onions are tender.
