Dogfish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-pound dogfish fillets
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the dogfish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Allow the fillets to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Once the grill is heated, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. Place the dogfish fillets on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the dogfish from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
