Kevin Bolton Recipes: Best 5 Popular Items

Kevin Bolton Recipes are the best recipes in the city. I was able to taste many different dishes; each one was like nothing you have tasted before.

Most of the menu is not even on the website, but if you come in for dinner, you can see for yourself.

One thing about Kevin Bolton Recipes that sets them apart from other restaurants is the specials they have each day that isn’t on the menu!

We were lucky enough to come in for a special called “The Chef’s Choice, ” a new item Kevin made out of his inspiration that day.

The special was a unique and wonderful combination of greens and cheese with a sweet sauce. It was unlike anything I had ever had before, and I’m sure you will fall in love with the new dishes Kevin is constantly creating.

Preparation:

To make the French Baguette Sandwich, take two slices of bread and spread 1/3 of the green onion with melted butter onto each slice. Over this, spread cucumbers and tomatoes in small pieces.

Then place chicken breast and ham over this mixture. Place the other slice of bread on top and then sprinkle paprika, salt & pepper over it.

If you want, you can also sprinkle some spicy jelly on top, but I didn’t add it because my mom doesn’t really like that much spice in her food.

Then put generous amounts of sliced ham, chicken breast, and cucumbers onto both slices of bread. Now place this between two bowls filled with hot water. Place another bowl on top of that and let it sit in hot water for about 10 minutes.

Then remove the bread from the bowls, and while the bread is still warm, put cheese on top of it. After that, brush some butter onto each slice of bread and then cut into halves or pieces as desired.

Now enjoy the French Baguette Sandwich!

#4 – Panini Suizas

This is like a grilled sandwich garnished with tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Panini Suizas can be made in about 5 minutes after your sandwich is made.

Panini Suizas Recipe:

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 1 Panini Suiza

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (preferably sourdough bread)
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 6 sliced pieces of Tomato
  • 5 or 6 freshly chopped Basil Leaves
  • A generous amount of Olive Oil and Butter to grease the pan

Preparation:

I would recommend grilling the Panini Suiza outside if you have the option. I would say that because the smell of garlic, basil, and tomato will make your kitchen smell amazing! If you must grill it inside, make sure you are near an open window or outside to let that fragrance out!

Now, let’s start by grilling our bread. Take a medium-sized frying pan and place a generous amount of butter and olive oil on low heat.

Once the butter and oil melt, place one slice of bread on top and cook for about 1 minute to make sure the bread is well toasted on each side.

Then put another slice of bread on top of that and grill it for about 30 seconds more to get a nice golden brown color. Now, remove the panini from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Then flip your grilled bread over, spread some cheese onto it with a butter knife, add tomato slices in between each piece of toast, sprinkle freshly chopped basil leaves, and lastly, put the slices of tomatoes at the bottom of your bowl or plate. These are called Panini Suizas because they are made like sandwiches, but they are grilled instead.

Now, this is the best part! Now, place some freshly sliced tomato on each side of the sandwich that you have grilled with tomatoes, basil, and cheese.

Then put enough basil leaves and cheese over the top to cover it entirely. I would recommend putting your bowl inside a pan to keep it hot! And then, when you are ready to eat, just slice off what you want and enjoy your Panini Suiza!!

#3 – Coldcut Sandwich

This is my favorite Coldcut sandwich of all time. This one has 3 different kinds of coldcuts: turkey, ham, and chicken breast. The lettuce adds a nice crunchiness to this entire sandwich, while the sweet relish gives it a subtle sweetness to complement the other ingredients.

Coldcut Sandwich Recipe:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Serves: 2 to 3 people

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread toasted (my favorite is sourdough bread)

1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish (about 1 oz)

Preparation:

2 slices of turkey breast turkey meat on both slices of bread. Over this, spread a generous amount of mayonnaise with the sweet relish in it.

Then add some lettuce leaves and top with some ham slices. You can also add chicken breast here if you would like as well.

Add the other slice of bread on top and spread the remaining mayonnaise with half salad cream and half ketchup over this.

Next, cut your sandwich in half and carefully toast it on each side for about 1 minute until the bread is golden brown. Then enjoy this delicious Coldcut Sandwich!

#2 – Spaghetti and Meatballs

I had only ever had spaghetti from a jar or pot before. I like this recipe because of how simple it is to make but also because of the flavor that comes with the dish.

The sauce, mixed with cheese and meatballs, is absolutely fantastic! This spaghetti recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to cook.

The spaghetti’s unique way of cooking makes it perfect for any dish you are serving with it that has a lot of sauce, cheese, or meat. I would recommend making it during the summer when you have fresh tomatoes and basil chilling in your fridge.

Spaghetti & Meatballs Recipe:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4 to 8 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of spaghetti pasta cooked in boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter (divided)
  • 2 cups of fresh basil leaves, chopped (divided)
  • 1 1/2 pounds of turkey meatballs (You can make your own meatballs or use store-bought ones if you prefer. I will describe how to make them later. Or if you don’t want to make your own meatballs, just use store-bought ones)
  • 1 jar of Marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, lightly packed
  • 20 ounces of grated mozzarella cheese, divided into 2 parts

Preparation:

I would recommend making the meatballs in advance. I recommend putting them on a greased cookie sheet when you are done and putting them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This will allow them to get crispy on the outside.

Now that we have our meatballs done let’s start with our spaghetti. Take your pot, fill it with water, and place it on high heat until it boils.

Then take a wok or saucepan and pour in 1 tablespoon of butter. This will allow the fat from the meatballs not to stick to the pan.

Once you have melted your butter, add half of your basil leaves, turkey meatballs, and marinara sauce into the pan and mix together well.

Next, add your spaghetti pasta in with all of these ingredients. Now add more water if needed and Stir continuously, making sure nothing sticks together on the bottom of your pot or wok.

After that, add another tablespoon of butter while constantly stirring so that nothing burns until it is combined well with everything else. Now once again, half your ricotta cheese, basil leaves, and turkey meatballs into the pan and mix them all together.

Now add your hot spaghetti to the pan and mix everything well for about 1 minute until it is heated. Then add in 1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and stir it in for about 10 seconds until melted before taking it out from the heat to serve.

Now for the Spaghetti Sauce, I recommend making your own if you have time. My favorite recipe can be found here. If you don’t have time for that, then just buy a jar of sauce and heat it through so that you are ready to go!

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does. And if you have any leftovers, just reheat them and add a little bit of butter onto the pasta before serving.

#1 – Chicken Alfredo

My family really likes chicken, Alfredo. It is especially good with homemade garlic bread and steamed vegetables on the side. This chicken Alfredo will take about 20 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to cook.

I recommend making it on a Sunday night while the house is quiet because you won’t be distracting everyone too much. Also, don’t forget to take out your chicken breasts to make your Alfredo sauce.

Chicken Alfredo Recipe:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Serves: 4 to 6 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter (divided)
  • 12 ounces of pasta cooked in boiling water
  • 2 cups of cream, whole milk, or half and half cream (I used half and half cream)
  • 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional but recommended if you are using unsalted butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (trust me on this)
  • 2 tablespoon basil, whole leaves finely. (This is optional)
  • 1 pound of chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup of half and half or cream, light or whole milk (I used half and half)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter (divided)

Preparation:

I recommend making the sauce the day before so that all ingredients have time to marinate. If you have time, throw the chicken in a pan or pot on medium-high heat with a little bit of olive oil and sauté until cooked through and tender.

Then transfer your chicken to a bowl and set it aside. In a pot, place 2 tablespoons of butter along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bring it to medium heat until melted together.

Now add your 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter by stirring continuously without letting them melt completely into the sauce until all of it has melted together with the other ingredients, creating an emulsion.

Add your salt, garlic powder, basil leaves, and cream for a while, stirring continuously until it starts to boil. Then take the sauce off of the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.

After that, add your chicken back into the pot and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Put your pan back onto low heat for about 10 minutes to cool down.

Now add your pasta to a plate and pour your chicken Alfredo sauce on top of it along with some parmesan cheese. Mix them all together until everything is well combined. Trust me on this step!

The Bottom Line

To conclude, I hope you enjoyed this blog post and are ready to make some delicious food for your family. The best part about making these recipes is that they may take a bit of time to prepare, but it will be worth it.
