Market Basket Seafood Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound seafood mix (such as shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat)
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 loaf of stale French bread, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the celery, onion, bell peppers, and garlic until they are softened and fragrant about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the seafood mix to the skillet and cook until it is opaque and cooked through about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood mixture, cubed bread, chicken broth, white wine, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Transfer the stuffing mixture to a baking dish and cover it with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired. Enjoy!
