Miss Dot’s Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
