  • Avocados: 2 medium sizes, peeled and chopped into small pieces.
  • Red Tomatoes, Large Size/medium Size/pearl Cut-tomatoes: 2 medium-size or 3 large size or 4 medium size tomatoes.
  • Guacamole: 2 large avocados, mashed (approx. 1 cup)

For The Dressing

  • Avocado Oil or Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons (10 milliliters)
  • Sugar-free Ketchup or Catsup: 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters)
  • Sugar-free BBQ Sauce: 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters )
  • Chopped Dill Weed (optional): 1 tablespoon (6 teaspoons )
  • Red Wine Vinegar: ½ cup plus one tablespoon (8 ounces)
  • Black Pepper, Freshly Ground: 2 teaspoons plus a pinch of salt.
  • Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters)

Step By Step Instructions
