Optavia Lean And Green Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Over medium heat, cook the ground beef in a large skillet until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Whisk together the eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Add the cooked beef and vegetables to the pie dish and top with the shredded cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.
- Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
