Sukhdi Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the wheat flour and roast until it turns golden brown, constantly stirring to prevent burning.
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a separate pan to make syrup. Add the roasted wheat flour to the syrup and mix well.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat until it thickens and becomes dough-like in consistency.
- Once the mixture has cooled enough to handle, shape it into small balls or flat discs.
