  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • fresh white pepper  
  • 1 Teaspoon dried dill (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk frequently and cook the mixture until heated through and the cream is thickened approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Using a cheesecloth or strainer, strain the mixture so that it is as smooth as possible.
  3. Place in a bowl and use a spoon to eat immediately, or place parchment paper or plastic wrap on top of the cheese before refrigerating to halt any further fat from forming into a solid. 
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Serve with crackers and vegetables. When freezing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or food storage bags to prevent freezer burn.
