Ingredients
  

For The Marinade:

  • 500 g beef steak preferably sirloin or flank, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

For The Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

Marinating The Beef:

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss until well coated.
  • Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Preparing The Dipping Sauce:

  • In another bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic.
  • Stir until the sugar is dissolved, and the ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

Grilling The Beef:

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add the marinated beef slices in a single layer.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
