Instructions
Marinating The Beef:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss until well coated.
Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Preparing The Dipping Sauce:
In another bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and minced garlic.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved, and the ingredients are well combined. Set aside.
Grilling The Beef:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add the marinated beef slices in a single layer.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
