Step 1: Prepare The Ingredients

Step 2: Melt The Honey And Sugar
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey and sugar. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves completely. Use a candy thermometer to monitor the temperature; you want it to reach around 270°F (132°C).
Step 3: Add The Nuts
Carefully fold in the roasted nuts once the honey-sugar mixture reaches the desired temperature. Ensure that every nut is evenly coated.
Step 4: Shape The Candy
Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet or a silicone mat. Allow it to cool slightly until it’s safe to handle. Grease your hands with butter or oil to prevent sticking, and then stretch and fold the candy until it forms a long, thin log.
Step 5: Let It Cool
