Instructions
Step 1: Prepare The Bulgogi Sauce
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, mirin, chopped green onion, and black pepper in a bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2: Marinate The Beef
Place the thinly sliced beef in a bowl and pour half of the Bulgogi Sauce over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Step 3: Cook The Bulgogi
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the marinated beef to the pan. Cook the steak until it is well done and browned.
Step 4: Serve And Garnish
Drizzle the remaining Bulgogi Sauce over the cooked beef and vegetables. Toss to combine.
