bags of black tea

cup
of fresh fruit
such as strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, or kiwis
1
cup
of fruit juice
such as orange or apple juice
1
tablespoon
of honey or agave nectar
1
tablespoon
of tapioca pearls
Ice cubes
Instructions
Brew 2-3 bags of black tea in a tea kettle or pot and set aside to cool.
Combine 1 cup of fresh fruit and 1 cup of fruit juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar to the fruit mixture and blend again.
Cook 1 tablespoon of tapioca pearls according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
Fill a clear cup with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled black tea over the ice cubes until the cup is about two-thirds full.
Add the fruit mixture on top of the tea until the cup is almost full.
Spoon the cooked tapioca pearls on top of the fruit mixture.
Insert a large straw and serve immediately.
