Black Pearl Loaded Tea Recipe: The Ultimate Guide

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 bags of black tea
  • 1 cup of fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, or kiwis
  • 1 cup of fruit juice such as orange or apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon of tapioca pearls
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2-3 bags of black tea in a tea kettle or pot and set aside to cool.
  • Combine 1 cup of fresh fruit and 1 cup of fruit juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar to the fruit mixture and blend again.
  • Cook 1 tablespoon of tapioca pearls according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
  • Fill a clear cup with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cooled black tea over the ice cubes until the cup is about two-thirds full.
  • Add the fruit mixture on top of the tea until the cup is almost full.
  • Spoon the cooked tapioca pearls on top of the fruit mixture.
  • Insert a large straw and serve immediately.
