Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning blend
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces rotini or penne pasta

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare The Chicken

  • Season The Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle with the chicken seasoning blend.
  • Cook The Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they’re cooked through and golden brown. Take out of the skillet and place somewhere to rest.

Step 2: Make The Sauce

  • Melt The Butter: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add Cream Cheese: Stir in the cream cheese until it’s melted and smooth.
  • Pour In The Sauce: Add the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce and heavy cream. Stir until well combined.
  • Add Parmesan: Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the sauce is thick and creamy.

Step 3: Cook The Pasta

  • Boil The Pasta: While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 4: Combine Everything

  • Slice The Chicken: Slice the cooked chicken breasts into strips.
  • Mix Together: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Add Chicken: Place the sliced chicken on top and give everything a good mix.
