  • 1 tablespoon dried Calendula petals or 2-3 fresh Calendula flowers
  • 2 cups water
  • Honey or lemon optional, for taste

Step 1: Boil The Water

  • Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan or kettle.

Step 2: Add Calendula Petals

  • Remove the boiling water from the heat and stir in a tablespoon of dried Calendula petals or two or three fresh Calendula flowers.

Step 3: Steep The Tea

  • Cover the saucepan or kettle and let the Calendula petals steep in the hot water for about 5-7 minutes. This allows the petals to infuse their flavors and beneficial compounds into the tea.

Step 4: Strain And Serve
