Instructions
Cooking The Rice:
Make sure the rice is thoroughly cleaned by running cold water over it.
In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with water and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
Preparing The Beef Consommé:
While the rice is cooking, heat the Campbell’s Beef Consomme in a separate pot over medium heat.
Season the consommé with salt and pepper to taste.
Optional: Add minced garlic and chopped onions for extra flavor.
Let the consommé simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Combining Rice And Consommé:
Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and transfer it to a serving dish.
Pour the hot beef consommé over the rice.
Optional: Stir in a knob of butter for a richer dish.
Gently stir to combine, allowing the rice to soak up the flavorful broth.
