Instructions
Step 1: Marinate The Chicken
Take the chicken thighs and put them in a shallow dish or big ziplock bag.
Pour the Chiavetta’s Chicken Marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight is even better. Trust me, the longer, the tastier!
Step 2: Preheat Your Grill
Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 375°F). If you’re using a charcoal grill, aim for an even layer of hot coals.
To keep the grill grates from sticking, lightly oil them.
Step 3: Grill The Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 20 minutes.
When the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F, turn it over and continue cooking it for another 10 to 20 minutes.
Tip: Use a meat thermometer for accurate results.
Step 4: Rest And Serve
Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
