Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, minced garlic, beaten eggs, and milk in a large mixing bowl.
Season the mixture with salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl to create the glaze.
Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Transfer the meat mixture onto the baking sheet and shape it into a loaf.
Brush a generous layer of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Slice the meatloaf into portions and serve it warm.
