  • Fresh Comb Tooth Mushrooms about 250g
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chopped Fresh Thyme 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparing The Mushrooms

  • To start, carefully clean the Comb Tooth Mushrooms using a soft brush or a damp cloth. Trim the base of the mushrooms and separate them into individual “teeth.”

Sautéing To Perfection

Adding A Burst Of Flavor
