Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey for a touch of sweetness
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder adjust for spice level
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prep The Chicken

  • Start by cutting your chicken into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and chili powder, ensuring each piece is coated.

Step 2: Marinate

  • Mix the soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes for a deeper flavor. If you’re in a hurry, you can skip this step, but marinating adds a lot to the taste!

Step 3: Cook The Chicken

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces, spreading them out for even cooking.
  • Cook for about 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • For that extra “Flame Broiler” flavor, let some pieces sear without stirring for 1–2 minutes to develop a slight char.

Step 4: Add The Magic Sauce (Optional)

  • Drizzle the Magic Sauce over the chicken in the final minute of cooking for a rich, caramelized finish. This adds a savory, sweet touch that takes the dish up a notch.
