Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Phillips Crab Meat
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • Optional: Hot sauce to taste
  • Optional for topping: Panko breadcrumbs

Preheat And Prepare

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.

Cream Cheese Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and ground mustard. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add The Cheeses

  • Fold half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.

Incorporate The Crab

  • Gently mix in the Phillips Crab Meat, ensuring even distribution without breaking the lumps.

Prepare For Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Optional Panko Topping

  • For added crunch, melt some butter in a skillet, add panko breadcrumbs, and toast until golden. Sprinkle this over the top of the dip.

Bake To Perfection

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Serve Warm

  • Serve the Phillips Crab Dip warm with your choice of dippers such as crackers, sliced baguettes, or fresh vegetables.
