  • 2- inch piece of fresh ginger root

  • Step 1: Peel the ginger root and slice it into thin pieces.
  • Step 2: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Step 3: Add the ginger slices to the boiling water and reduce the heat to low.
  • Step 4: Let the tea simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
