of white miso paste

such as shredded carrots, pickled ginger, or soft-boiled eggs
Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions.
While the noodles are cooking, heat the chicken or vegetable broth in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in the miso paste, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce (if using).
Bring the broth mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the flavors have melded.
Drain the noodles and add them to the broth mixture.
Stir to combine and heat through.
Serve immediately, topped with peanuts, scallions, and your favorite toppings.
