Instructions
Use a knife to remove the kernels from the corn cobs in a large bowl.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until they become tender.
Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the sugar over the corn. Stir gently to combine.
Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the cream to thicken slightly.
Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
