Ingredients
  

  • 6 fresh corn ears husked and kernels removed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Use a knife to remove the kernels from the corn cobs in a large bowl.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until they become tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the sugar over the corn. Stir gently to combine.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the cream to thicken slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
