Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon of dried Chamomile flowers for calming effects
  • 1 tablespoon of dried Peppermint leaves for headache relief
  • 1 tablespoon of dried Lavender flowers for relaxation
  • 1 tablespoon of dried Ginger root for anti-inflammatory properties
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey optional for added sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the Chamomile flowers, Peppermint leaves, Lavender flowers, and Ginger root to the boiling water.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the herbs to release their beneficial properties.
  • After simmering, strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer or tea infuser.
  • If desired, add a teaspoon of honey to enhance the taste.
  • Sip the warm and soothing headache tea slowly, allowing the herbal goodness to work magic on your symptoms.
