of dried Chamomile flowers

of dried Lavender flowers

Instructions
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the Chamomile flowers, Peppermint leaves, Lavender flowers, and Ginger root to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes. This will allow the herbs to release their beneficial properties.
After simmering, strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer or tea infuser.
If desired, add a teaspoon of honey to enhance the taste.
Sip the warm and soothing headache tea slowly, allowing the herbal goodness to work magic on your symptoms.
