Instructions
Preparing The Ingredients
Clean the liver slices under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the liver slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sautéing The Vegetables
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they soften and turn translucent.
