  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Combine The Berries And Vinegar: Combine the mixed berries and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until the berries break down and the mixture thickens.
  • Add Sweetness: Stir in the honey and brown sugar, allowing the sweetness to meld with the tartness of the berries. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Flavor Infusion: Introduce Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes to the mix. Allow the flavors to dance together over low heat.
  • Simmer To Perfection: Let the sauce simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the heat to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Cool And Store: Once your Bronco Berry Sauce reaches a velvety texture, remove it from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for enhanced flavors.
