Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in a mixing bowl.
Add in the Dijon mustard and honey, whisking until smooth.
Stir in the dried herbs (oregano, basil, thyme) and garlic powder.
To taste, adjust the amount of salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
