  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare The Broccoli

  • Start by washing the fresh broccoli florets thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces to ensure they’re easy to eat and blend well with the other ingredients.

Step 2: Mix The Salad Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, finely diced red onion, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and raisins or dried cranberries. Toss everything together to ensure even distribution.

Step 3: Make The Dressing
