For The Toasts:

Instructions
Step 1: Prep The Tomato Topping
Dice the Roma tomatoes into small, even pieces. This helps the topping sit perfectly on the baguette slices.
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, basil chiffonade, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss everything together gently to infuse the flavors. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes while you prepare the toasts.
Step 2: Prepare The Baguette Toasts
Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
Broil for 2–3 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Keep a close eye to avoid burning!
Step 3: Assemble The Bruschetta
Once the toasts are ready, spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice.
For extra flair, drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
