Instructions
Boil the water in a medium-sized saucepan.
Once the water reaches a rolling boil, reduce the heat to low.
Add all the herbal ingredients to the saucepan.
Allow the mixture to simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Strain the tea to separate the liquid from the herbs.
Pour the tea into a mug or teapot and enjoy it warm.
Drinking one to two cups of labor inducing tea per day in the last weeks of pregnancy is recommended.
