Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons of red raspberry leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of black cohosh
  • 1 teaspoon of blue cohosh
  • 1 teaspoon of evening primrose oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chamomile
  • 1 teaspoon of lavender
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in a medium-sized saucepan.
  • Once the water reaches a rolling boil, reduce the heat to low.
  • Add all the herbal ingredients to the saucepan.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Strain the tea to separate the liquid from the herbs.
  • Pour the tea into a mug or teapot and enjoy it warm.
  • Drinking one to two cups of labor inducing tea per day in the last weeks of pregnancy is recommended.
