  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparing The Ingredients

  • Before you start blending the ingredients together, make sure to:
  • Peel and chop the tomatoes.
  • Peel and chop the cucumber.
  • Remove the seeds from the red bell pepper and chop it.
  • Dice the red onion and garlic finely.

The Gazpacho-Making Process

  • In a blender, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Add the tomato juice, red wine vinegar, and extra-virgin olive oil to the mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend again until everything is well combined.
