Preparing The Ingredients
Before you start blending the ingredients together, make sure to:
Peel and chop the tomatoes.
Peel and chop the cucumber.
Remove the seeds from the red bell pepper and chop it.
Dice the red onion and garlic finely.
The Gazpacho-Making Process
In a blender, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and garlic.
Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
