Ingredients
  

For The Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

For The Filling:

  • 4 packages 8 ounces each of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 4 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes finely chopped

For The Topping:

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of confectioners’ sugar
  • Additional Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Prepare The Crust: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  • Create The Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in sour cream and the chopped Little Debbie cakes. Pour this mixture over the crust.
  • Bake The Cheesecake: Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven, open the oven door slightly, and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for 1 hour. Then, remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
  • Chill And Decorate: Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, whip heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar until stiff peaks form. Decorate the cheesecake with whipped cream and additional Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes.
