Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

Step 2: Mixing Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This creates the base for your cake.
