Instructions
Step 1: Prepare The Mangoes
Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pits. Cut the mango flesh into small chunks and set aside.
Step 2: Brew The Tea
Prepare the black tea according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
Step 3: Blend The Mangoes
In a blender, combine the mango chunks, brewed tea, milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Cook The Tapioca Pearls
Follow the instructions on the tapioca pearls package to cook them. Once cooked, rinse them with cold water and set aside.
Step 5: Assemble The Mango Bubble Tea
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the mango mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top. Add a spoonful of tapioca pearls.
