Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups of brewed black tea
  • 1 cup of milk dairy or non-dairy alternative
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of cooked tapioca pearls
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare The Mangoes

  • Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pits. Cut the mango flesh into small chunks and set aside.

Step 2: Brew The Tea

  • Prepare the black tea according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.

Step 3: Blend The Mangoes

  • In a blender, combine the mango chunks, brewed tea, milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Cook The Tapioca Pearls

  • Follow the instructions on the tapioca pearls package to cook them. Once cooked, rinse them with cold water and set aside.

Step 5: Assemble The Mango Bubble Tea

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the mango mixture over the ice, leaving some space at the top. Add a spoonful of tapioca pearls.
