Instructions
Step 1: Boil The Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare The Cheese Sauce
In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the milk and heavy cream, stirring until heated but not boiling.
Slowly add the shredded cheeses, one cup at a time, stirring until fully melted.
Add the salt, pepper, paprika, and dry mustard. Mix well.
Step 3: Combine And Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Gradually add the cooked macaroni to the beaten eggs, mixing thoroughly.
Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
Transfer everything into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
