Ingredients
  

Elbow Macaroni

  • 2 cups of elbow macaroni

Cheese

  • 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup of Colby cheese shredded
  • 1 cup of American cheese shredded

Milk And Cream

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

Eggs And Butter

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of butter

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard

Instructions
 

Step 1: Boil The Macaroni

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  • Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare The Cheese Sauce

  • In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the milk and heavy cream, stirring until heated but not boiling.
  • Slowly add the shredded cheeses, one cup at a time, stirring until fully melted.
  • Add the salt, pepper, paprika, and dry mustard. Mix well.

Step 3: Combine And Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Gradually add the cooked macaroni to the beaten eggs, mixing thoroughly.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer everything into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
