  • 1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
  • 2 cups of water
  • Honey or lemon optional, for taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in a kettle or saucepan.
  • Add the dried peppermint leaves, chamomile flowers, and lavender flowers to a teapot or a heat-resistant container.
  • Pour the boiling water over the herbs in the teapot.
  • Cover the teapot and let the tea steep for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer or tea infuser.
  • Add honey or lemon, if desired, for taste.
  • Stir the tea gently and allow it to cool slightly before drinking.
  • Sip the tea slowly and enjoy its soothing effects.
