Instructions
Preparing The Ingredients
Wash the orange, ginger, and mint leaves under cold water. Slice the orange and ginger into thin slices.
Boiling The Water
Bring a kettle to a boil with four cups of water in it.
Steeping The Tea
Add the sliced oranges, ginger, and mint leaves to the boiling water. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes or until the desired strength is achieved.
Straining And Serving
Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain the tea into a teapot or individual cups. Add honey or lemon, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
