  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Provolone, American, or Cheddar
  • 24 egg roll wrappers
  • Canola oil for frying

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
