Ingredients
  

For The Pie Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar

For The Pumpkin Filling:

  • 2 cups of canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 can 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

Prepare The Crust

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring an even layer across the bottom and up the sides.
  • Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Allow it to cool.

Mix The Pumpkin Filling

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Fill The Pie Shell

  • Pour the pumpkin filling into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake And Cool

  • Bake the pie in the preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is set.
  • Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack.
