Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese salsa, sour cream, guacamole

Instructions
 

Prepare The Beef Mixture:

  • Place olive oil in a skillet and heat it to medium-high.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for approximately a minute, or until fragrant.
  • Using a spoon, break up the ground beef as it cooks until it turns brown in the skillet.
  • Stir in fajita seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add Vegetables:

  • Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet and add sliced onions and bell peppers to the empty side.
  • Cook the vegetables until they are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes, then mix them with the beef mixture.

Warm Tortillas:

  • Meanwhile, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave according to package instructions.

Assemble Fajitas:

  • Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with your favorite optional toppings such as shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

Serve And Enjoy:

  • Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
