Instructions
Prepare The Beef Mixture:
Place olive oil in a skillet and heat it to medium-high.
Add the minced garlic and cook for approximately a minute, or until fragrant.
Using a spoon, break up the ground beef as it cooks until it turns brown in the skillet.
Stir in fajita seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add Vegetables:
Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet and add sliced onions and bell peppers to the empty side.
Cook the vegetables until they are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes, then mix them with the beef mixture.
Warm Tortillas:
Meanwhile, warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave according to package instructions.
Assemble Fajitas:
Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Top with your favorite optional toppings such as shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
Serve And Enjoy:
Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
