Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare The Chicken

  • Cook The Chicken: Start by cooking your chicken breast. You can boil, bake, or grill it. For boiling, place the chicken breasts in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Allow it to cool.
  • Chop The Chicken: Once the chicken has cooled, finely chop it into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Prepare The Vegetables

  • Dice The Vegetables: Dice the jalapenos, celery, and red onion into small pieces. Adapt the jalapeño quantity to your preferred level of heat.
