  • Piloncillo or dark brown sugar: 1 ½ cups
  • Whole milk: 4 cups
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating milk and dissolving sugar in it.
  • Add flour gradually, stirring to prevent lumps.
  • Cook until the mixture thickens, then add butter, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and let it cool.
