  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of active dry yeast
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • To start, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and butter to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic, then cover it and let it rise until it doubles in size.

Shaping Your Donuts

  • Once the dough has risen, roll it out and use a donut cutter to shape your donuts. Don’t forget to save the donut holes!

Frying To Golden Perfection

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan and carefully fry the donuts until they are golden brown. Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
