Ingredients
  

  • 4 Weight Watchers wraps or any low-calorie wrap
  • 2 cups leftover cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • Lettuce leaves or spinach if you prefer
  • Spray oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare The Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and water. This sticky sauce adds tons of flavor to the chicken.
  • Cook The Chicken: Heat a non-stick pan with a few sprays of oil. Add the sliced onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Then, toss in your shredded leftover chicken and pour the soy sauce mixture over it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the chicken is coated in the sticky sauce.
  • Assemble The Wraps: Lay out the Weight Watchers wraps on a clean surface. Add a few lettuce leaves or spinach to each wrap. Divide the sticky chicken mixture between the wraps, sprinkling sesame seeds on top if you like.
  • Wrap It Up: Roll up each wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go. You can serve them right away or toast them for an extra crispy finish. Simply spray a bit more oil in your pan and toast each side for about a minute.
